Throughout his career, Salman has worked with both SME accounting firms and some of the world’s leading corporations, including Smith Kline Beecham and British Alcan, where he honed his skills in finance operations.

Salman’s unique blend of corporate and SME experience, coupled with his passion for teaching and training in the accounting and finance sectors, inspired him to develop the ACDAP qualification. His specialties include training needs analysis, value-added metrics, mergers and acquisitions, people leadership, and bringing innovative training products to market. He is a key asset in bridging the gap between academic theories and practical financial applications, positioning the organisation for continued success and academic excellence.

Driven by a determination to make a positive, values-led impact, Salman’s experience spans strategic planning, policy development, and leadership, positioning him as a pivotal figure in ACDAP’s continued growth and success.

With over 23 years of management experience, Mr Kamran Khan is a seasoned professional who excels in leadership and strategic oversight. As the Managing Director of ACDAP, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven record of accomplishment in steering organizations toward sustainable growth and success.

Kamran has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout his career, having served as President and Vice President for various government and non-government departments. His expertise spans multiple sectors, allowing him to navigate complex challenges and deliver results. In addition to his role at ACDAP, Mr Kamran Khan serves as a member of the Board of Governance for a government department, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping policies and ensuring effective governance. His strong managerial and operational focus and cross-border expertise make him a key asset in bridging the gap between academic theories and practical financial applications, positioning the organisation for continued success and academic excellence.

Waqas is a highly skilled and qualified accountant, holding a masters degree in financial management, with over 14 years of comprehensive experience in business development and operations management. His expertise encompasses strategic partnership development and driving sustainable business growth.

As the Operation Director at ACDAP, Waqas has been instrumental in fostering significant expansion in business relationships and forging high-impact collaborations with leading educational institutions and industrial partners. His leadership and strategic foresight have contributed immensely to ACDAPs success in strengthening its presence and influence across Accounting and Finance sectors.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in accounting and finance, Tunde Docemo is a highly accomplished professional, holding the FCA qualification in Nigeria and membership with the ACCA in the UK. His career has taken him across borders, offering him invaluable expertise in both the Nigerian and UK markets. Tunde’s extensive background includes senior-level positions, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing financial operations, strategy development, and organizational performance improvement.

In his current role as Manager of Research & Academic Development, Tunde plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of academic programs and fostering innovative research initiatives. He is responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of curricula, conducting in-depth research, and aligning educational frameworks with evolving industry standards. Additionally, Tunde is actively involved in implementing best practices and ensuring rigorous compliance with both national and international regulatory standards.

Amna Zaheer is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with over 7 years of extensive experience in teaching ACCA subjects across international platforms. Her strong academic background is complemented by her expertise in curriculum design and qualification development, making her a key figure in the educational sector.

As the Manager of Qualifications & Curriculum Development, Amna has been instrumental in the development and enhancement of the ACDAP qualification. She led the design and structuring of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the highest educational standards and aligns with global accounting qualifications such as ACCA and AAT. Amna’s in-depth understanding of both the academic and practical aspects of accounting allow her to craft qualifications that are not only rigorous but also industry relevant.

Through her leadership, Amna has played a pivotal role in advancing the quality and scope of accounting education, ensuring students receive the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the global financial landscape.

Saad Khan is a highly skilled professional with a robust background in internal audit, risk consulting, and international business development. As the Manager of International Relations & Development at ACDAP, Saad is responsible for fostering strategic global partnerships, driving international collaborations, and managing key relationships with global stakeholders. His expertise extends to coordinating cross-border initiatives, supporting organizational growth, and enhancing ACDAP’s global footprint.

Before his role at ACDAP, Saad served as Assistant Manager in Internal Audit and Risk Consulting at prestigious firms such as Grant Thornton LLP, Ernst & Young, and BDO. During this time, he specialized in comprehensive audits, risk assessments, and business process improvements, applying his expertise to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance with global standards.

With a solid foundation in both auditing and international relations, Saad plays a critical role in bridging ACDAP’s efforts with international educational and business networks, contributing to the organization’s success on the global stage.

Asad Shah is an accomplished Internal Audit and Risk Management professional with many years of hands-on experience in conducting internal audits, SOX 404 reviews, internal controls assessments, gap analyses, and other risk management-related engagements. He brings deep expertise in managing and optimising internal control frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

As a member of the Advisory Council at ACDAP, Asad provides valuable strategic insights on governance, risk management, and internal control processes, helping shape the organizations approach to risk mitigation and operational efficiency.

Asad holds multiple prestigious qualifications, including being an ACCA member from UK, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the United States. He also holds a B.Sc. Hons in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, His extensive qualifications and hands-on expertise make him a pivotal figure in guiding ACDAPs strategic initiatives.

Shejla Bendaj is a highly skilled part-qualified ACCA professional with a solid academic foundation in Accounting and Finance. She holds a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting and Finance from London South Bank University, along with a bachelors degree in accounting and finance.

Shejla has developed significant expertise in course development, having served as a Senior Course Content Manager with renowned organizations. In this capacity, she was instrumental in designing and managing high-quality educational programs tailored to industry needs.

Currently, Shejla plays a pivotal advisory role on the Council at ACDAP, where she offers valuable guidance on educational strategies and curriculum development. Her comprehensive experience in both course development and practical fiscal management enhances her ability to contribute to ACDAPs mission to advance accounting and finance education.

Shejla continues to apply her expertise in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world financial operations. Her diverse experience and strategic insights make her a key contributor to the development and innovation of ACDAPs educational initiatives.

Vinan Paryani is an experienced Education Advisor at ACDAP, where she plays a key role in shaping educational strategies, curriculum development, and integrating practical industry knowledge into ACDAPs educational offerings. With a masters degree in accounting data and Analytics, Vinan brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong passion for advancing accounting education.

Currently a Tax Associate at KPMG US, Vinan applies her expertise in financial accounting and analytics to support various subjects course outline. Her many years of experience also includes financial accounting and training development at KBM Training & Recruitment, where she taught and designed courses on accounting principles, reporting requirements, and analytical skills.

Vinan’s core competencies encompass preparing and reviewing education redevelopment, conducting in-depth research and analysis, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Her diverse perspective, collaborative approach, and commitment to quality service make her a valuable contributor to the continued growth and success of ACDAP’s educational initiatives.
